Aloo Paratha is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. They're nice and they look fantastic. Aloo Paratha is something that I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Aloo Paratha:

Steps to make Aloo Paratha:

  1. Add in all the ingredients and prepare medium soft dough and cover & let it rest for at least 20 minutes..
  2. In the meantime, Dry roast the coriander seeds and grind it into powder. In a bowl, peel the potato and smash it nicely so that there are no lumps or simply grate it to avoid lumps. Then add in all the ingredients for the stuffing..
  3. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts and one by one flatten it with the help of your fingers and form a bowl keeping the edges thin and fill it with the potato mix and close the edges by bringing it together. Take dry Gehu ka atta/ flour and roll it flat gently with a rolling pin and put it on a hot tawa and toss and turn side apply ghee and cook it till you get a nice roasted colour on both sides. In this way make the rest of the parathas, keep the dough covered to avoid drying..

Before you start making Paratha quickly prepare the Raita, in a mixer jar add in the curd, raita masala, black rock salt and blend it, add lemon if you want, pour it in a bowl and then add the chopped onion, coriander leaves and chilli and mix.sprinkles some more Raita masala on top.
