- Heat a non-stick pan.
- Add oil on medium..
- Saute crushed garlic for 1 minute..
- Add pasta, milk & mix well. Bring it to boil..
- Sim the flame & add cream, cheese, sugar, salt, oregano & mix well..
- If the pasta sauce dries then add some diluted milk. The sauce should be thick & blended well..
- For The Wedges.
- Mix garlic, salt, pepper, corn flour with the potatoes..
- Keep in fridge for 1 hour..
- Deep fry in small batches till they are crisp..
- For The Saute Vegetables.
- Semi-boil carrots, beans, & peas..
- Heat butter & saute mushrooms on high flame. Add rest of vegetables..
- Add pepper & salt..
- Toss well..
- For The Plating.
- All the items should be cooked, hot & kept ready.
- Heat the iron plate on high till very hot..
- Place it on the wooden frame carefully..
- Immediately sprinkle spinach all over..
- Place 1 tikki, 1 portion pasta, few wedges, saute veggies one by one on the plate..
- Top the tikki with bar-b-sauce & a slice of cheese..
- Sprinkle diluted butter all over for the sizzle!!.
