- Heat the iron plate on high till very hot..
- Place it on the wooden frame carefully..
- Immediately sprinkle spinach all over..
- Place 1 tikki, 1 portion pasta, few wedges, saute veggies one by one on the plate..
- Top the tikki with bar-b-sauce & a slice of cheese..
- Sprinkle diluted butter all over for the sizzle!!.
