  7. Heat some olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and stir, now add chopped onion and stir.
  8. Add chopped green and red chillies, and add chopped deseeds tomato and capsicum in this.
  9. Add pasta sauce and cooked quinua in this and stir.
  10. Add black pepper powder,salt and mixed herbs in this and stir for minute.
  11. Now add egg and milk mixture and chopped olives in this and mix till egg and milk mixture start to thick.
  12. When done, switch of gas and serve hot and pour some extra virgin olive oil over the top.
