- Peel and cut the papaya into cubes. Wash it properly and keep aside. potato cut into cubes and wash it properly and keep aside..
- Boil the papaya for 5 minutes. If you boil the papaya the raw smell of papaya goes off. Once it is done. Keep aside..
- Heat oil in Kadai. Once the oil is hot. Fry potato till it become light brown in colour. After frying transfer to a bowl..
- In the same Kadai. Add whole garam masala and bay leaf. Let it crackle for few minutes. Add boil raw papaya fry for few minutes. Then add fry potato. Cover and cook for few minutes..
- Take out the lid. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder. Mix.....well. Then add green chilli, ginger,tomato and onion paste. Again mix.....well. Add water as needed and cook till the potato and papaya become tender. Once it is done. Add garam masala and cook for few minutes..
- Transfer to a beautiful bowl. Garnish with fry whole dry red chilli. Now it is ready to serve with hot.......Steam Rice.
